Initial Client Consultation

We will meet with your key representatives to gain an understanding of the role, team and wider culture of the office and company. This allows us to ensure that we have a genuine understanding of the person we are locating.   We will also need to understand what makes the opportunity attractive to anyone we approach.

Person specifications and specific job role requirements are defined at this point.

Talent Pinpointing

The next stage of the headhunt involves mapping out your competitor’s business and staffing structures, along with those businesses in allied sectors, to identify everyone who could potentially be the best fit for your vacancy.

This competitor analysis will be complemented by our seeking recommendations and referrals from our network.

In most instances, we will already be aware of who the high performing individuals in the market are, to target.


All candidates will undergo a comprehensive telephone interview or face to face interview, location permitting.

Top contenders will then be interviewed by NDC Tek for a second time.

A shortlist of 3-5 candidates will be submitted to the client.   The extensive notes that are made from our interviews will be presented along with our comments and the candidates’ CVs.


Our executive headhunting team will be available to provide advice to you throughout every stage of the interview process. We will then carefully manage the on-boarding process to avoid any issues including counter offers.
